Peter's Daily Bugle Submissions

Let's face it: being a superhero is fine and all, but it doesn't exactly pay the bills, now does it? Expecting handouts for saving people doesn't quite scream "heroic", and it's doubtful any banks would cash out a check for some shmoe in a mask calling himself Spider-Man. So, how does our friend Peter Parker make due? By taking pictures of himself for a newspaper that hates his guts, of course!

The Daily Bugle is featured prominently throughout the Raimi trilogy, as it's Peter's main gig outside of web-slinging through New York. In Spider-Man (2002), we actually see Peter applying to the job, showing off his stylish selfies to a less-than-impressed J. Jonah Jameson (played by J.K Simmons). The pictures shown in this gallery are the ones Peter showed Jameson in that very scene, as well as some promotional shots that went unused in the film but were used for magazines and various merch.
